Since July there have been implemented project works in the office space in the Grunwaldzki Center at Plac Grunwaldzki 23 in Wrocław, which will house the new offices of the UPC company. The working area covers 600 square meters. The scope of our work includes implementing multisectoral building projects, both execution designs and as-built designs, the full range of construction and installation works, logistics of the construction. In addition to project tasks we also support the investor in carrying out the administrative and formal procedures connected with maintaining the works on the basis of the construction permit. The planned date of completion with the submission of a complete dossier as well as technical acceptance is planned at the end of August, 2016.
