In November Interbiuro won the tender procedure for the conversion of an office space from the developmental state to the turnkey for the new tenant of the class A office building Żoliborz One. The scope of work includes general contracting of the project in the full range of industries, including the supply of all finishing materials specified in the project design.
The agreed period for the project execution is 31 days from the date of surface takeover.
