In April we started the fit-out works of the Simon Kucher & Partners office.
The tenant, who has used the surface of 300m2 in Platinium Business Park I, has decided to expand its office space by 270m2, thus creating a more functional and comfortable space.
The first stage of the work involved adjusting the selected lease area to the Client’s needs. This was due to a change in the layout of the rooms and the separation of one large conference room, which, thanks to the use of a mobile wall, will allow the separation of two smaller rooms. A new carpet floor was laid on the whole surface, wall murals were stickedand and mirrors were hunged to visually expand the long and narrow corridor. All glazings gained new verticales. Bathrooms have been refreshed by replacing new wall and floor tiles as well as wall murals that are well-matched with chosen finishing materials. The kitchen also underwent a small metamorphosis thanks to a new PVC lining imitating wood and by adding a bar countertop along with chairs and decorative lighting.
Stage II started in the second half of May. All works were done on a “living organism”, which means that the office remained fully operational during the day while renovation proceeded at night and weekends. The existing offices were renewed and several zones were rebuilt step by step. New office and leisure furniture will be provided for both guest and relaxation zones.
The implementation of this project is subject to adherence to the requirements of the LEED certification applied for by the Building Manager for the entire Platinium Businees Park complex.
The completion of the entire work is scheduled for the second half of June.
