Job description:
- Managing the process of the preparation and execution of a construction project within the scope of interior outfitting
- Supervising the execution process at every stage of the project on the basis of the design documentation
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers engaged in the project.
- Oversight over the work quality
- preparing of the cost estimate and financial settlement of the managed investment
Requirements:
- Degree in construction
- Experience in construction projects within the scope of interior outfitting
- Negotiating skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Diligence, analytical thinking ability
- Proficient computer skills
- Category B driving licence
