Key Account Manager/Sales representative

INTERBIURO sp. Z o.o. existing on the market since 1999, with extensive experience in the design and comprehensive implementation of office interiors – fit out, commercial spaces,
due to the development, is looking for a candidate for the position of: Senior Account Manager – Fit out

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and servicing clients from the B2B sector
  • Active maintenance of business relationships with clients, especially property managers,
  • developers, real estate agents, tenants and architects
  • Implementation of designated sales plans
  • Recognition of customer needs and advice on comprehensive solutions
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients
  • Market situation monitoring

We expect from the candidate:

  • Higher education in the field or business
  • A minimum of several years of experience in the industry supported by successes
  • Good knowledge of the industry, office investments, as well as the ability to move around in
    the community of developers, agents and property managers
  • Skills to build long-term cooperation with clients and service the owners of office buildings
    and tenants
  • Determination and result orientation as well as the implementation of ambitious sales goals
  • Good organization of work, consequences of effectiveness in action
  • Ease of establishing and maintaining good relationships with people
  • Mobility and availability
  • English language skills
