Key Account Manager/Sales representative

Responsibilities:
- client acquisition from B2B sector
- keeping up business relations with clients – tenants, property managers, developers, real estate agents and architects
- meeting sales targets, preparing commercial offers, negotiating with clients
- identifying clients’ needs and consulting them as to full-scale solutions
- monitoring the market situation
Requirements:
- appropriate degree or higher business education
- 3- year successful experience as a B2B sales representative
- ability to create long-term relationships with clients
- very good knowledge of the office investment market, ability to navigate the environment of developers, real estate agents and property managers
- ability to build long-term cooperation with the property owners and tenants
- knowledge of English, proficient computer skills, B category driving licence
- the candidate should be dynamic, well-organized, determined as well as goal- and performance-oriented
