We have completed yet another fit-out of the office in the Wiśniowy Business Park, this time for the Janssen-Cilag company. The Interbiuro company introduced many refreshing changes to the earlier arrangement of the office covering the total area of 480 m2. The changes included creating new rooms, moving the existing glass walls and doors that were repainted and the whole mineral ceiling was replaced with a new one. For the purposes of the Tenant, the kitchen and a server room were created. As regards installation, the HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) was adopted to the new arrangement, the new electrical and lighting installations were created, and there were introduced some changes in the sprinkler system. According to the tenant’s preferences, the wall in the entrance area was covered with concrete. In a large meeting room, a moveable wall was mounted with high- acoustic parameters which, if needed, divides it into two smaller and independent of each other conference rooms.
All works and as-built documentation were completed on time, and the tenant furnished the office and introduced the employees to the new seat in 2016.
The cooperation between the tenant and the contractor worked smoothly for the entire duration of conducted works and the final effect fully satisfied our client.
