At the end of October we started fit-out works in the Grójecka Office building for the tenant – STENA Recycling Poland. In an area of approximately 850 m2 in a shell & core condition, Interbiuro commenced work related to the separation of the surface by the glass and mobile gypsum plasterboards. In some rooms and in the open space, a modular ceiling will be mounted, while in the corridor area, the ceiling will remain open & it will be repainted in another color. The scope of works also includes the distribution of ventilation, water and sewage systems, electrical & teletechnical installations as well as the SAP / DSO installation.
The design for this arrangement was entirely prepared by the architects from Interbiuro in close cooperation with the Tenant and the Investor. In addition, the architect designed many decorative elements to improve both the aesthetic & acoustic of the conference rooms as well as specific offices.
The completion date is planned for early January 2018.
