One of our newest project has been finished recently – rebuilding of the office of DDB Warszawa in the Athina Park building being one of the biggest Polish advertising agency. Interbiuro carried out the process of obtaining the building permit and making full implementation documentation, based on the conception of the architect Dariusz Hyc from Maas Projekt studio. The main challenge during the implementation was carrying out works on the whole area of the office, with keeping the continuity of its operation. Therefore, works were divided in two phases: refreshing half of the office and then thorough reconstruction of the remaining part. Apart from the construction-finishing works, the scope also contained electric industry, ventilation and air conditioning.
The effect of the whole process is the area with a distinctive character , obtained thanks to pervasive white colour (white epoxy flooring ,not typical in the offices) contrasted with graphite glass panels and intense colours of the carpets – dynamic and creative.
