In mid-September, the comprehensive implementation of the office space arrangement in Warsaw Towers was completed, for OCTAVA tenant. We have been entrusted with an architectural and engineering designs of the office area of approximately 300m2. It was a complete change of the old functional layout left by the previous tenant, that is why the work began with the overall dismantling. The scope included new partition walls in the technology of drywall systems as well as, due to the corridor system, WITKOWSKI glass walls with fire resistance class of EI30. Interface Employ carpet was installed with use of the new linear patterns, which layout in the conference room was transferred to the shape of a suspended ceiling. The toilets adhered to the surface were also modernised. Here all the tiles on the floor were replaced with large tile formats as well as all fittings and ceramics. The project was implemented for 8 weeks.
