In early May we began the arrangement works in Saski Crescent in Warsaw at Królewska Street. The tenant is the CGI company, which previous headquarter was also designed by INTERBIURO. The total area of the project is more than 2200 m2 and is located on two floors. The scope of work includes changing the functional arrangement separating conference rooms, offices and office space as well as toilets and social rooms. Electrical and telecommunication installations have been constructed from the very beginning; ventilation and air conditioning have been modernized extensively using the existing elements.
This project is scheduled to be completed at the end of July and the beginning of August.
