At the beginning of January 2016 ‘Interbiuro’ finished lasting seven weeks fitting out works for the new premises of the TIM Outsourcing in the Saski Crescent office building. The new office with the total surface area of approximately 250 square meters was adapted by the rearrangement of two smaller office rooms. The scope of work included demolition of existing walls and placing new gypsum plasterboard partitions, installation of new mineral ceilings and new glass doors to all offices, replacement of the carpet as well as equipping the kitchen with new furniture. Finishing works were accompanied by changes in installation of air conditioning and ventilation, electrical, telecommunication as well as fire installations. The tenant, thanks to the project realized before the date stated in the contract could move into the property and become active in the new office space at the beginning of the new year.
