In the first days of March 2018, the INTERBIURO company began arranging the office building at 8 Bobrowiecka street in Warsaw.In conformity with the investor’s order – Castor Park and the Tenant – Gamma Medical Center, comprehensive construction and installation works will be carried out.The area of 623m2 will be divided with walls in the drywall system for doctors surgeries, rooms for rehabilitation and exercise purposes, offices, social and ancillary rooms. All materials used during the work, among others floor coverings and suspended ceilings will have certificates and approvals that allow them to be used in medical facilities.The clinic will have an X-ray lab, which will be equipped with specialized finishing materials. The partition walls will be made on the basis of the design of shields against radiation. The doors will be implemented in accordance with the systems that meet the requirements for radiological shields, and the interior windows will be equipped with lead glass.Proper operation and conditions in the clinic’s premises will be provided by the ventilation and air-conditioning installation. Additional installations, i.e. access control system, CCTV installation and incoming call system will guarantee its safe and proper functioning.The planned date of completion of the arrangement works is May 2018.
