September 2013. In May this year Interbiuro was invited to participate in the refreshing and rearragements of the lobby on the ground floor, the main passageways and sanitary facilities at floors 1 and 2in the Office building, 34-BTA Office Center at Rzymowskiego 34.
Execution in the Design&Build system (halls and halls corridors 180sq.m, sanitary premises 75sq.m.) consisted in a draft arrangement, building the plaster-and-lath walls and suspended cielings, plaster-and-lath repair, painting the walls and corridors of halls, supply and assembly of wooden door jointery and aluminium-glass, terracotta floor tiling and wall coverings from the glaze, modernization of electrical installation, lighting and ventilating-sewerage, and fire protection and the delivery of sanitation and toilet accessories, carpet floor and corridors of halls. Design work includes the use of traditional, precious materials from the maintenance of the current trends of design and interior architecture. Delicate, soft colours combined with the motives of nature and simplicity of equipment added character to the Interior. The quality of construction, which increases the class of the building distinguishes it from other similae objects. Efficent completion of the project, which does not influence the operation of the objects in the standard, which our company abides to. The works according to the schedule will be completedm on October.
