Job description:

• Managing the process of preparation and implementation of a construction project in the field
  of interior finishing
• Supervising the implementation process at individual stages based on project documentation
• Conducting negotiations with contractors and suppliers involved in the project
• Supervision over the quality of the work performed
• Preparation of cost estimates and financial settlement of ongoing investments

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of construction
• Experience in the implementation of construction projects in the field of office interior
  finishing
• Negotiation Skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• Scrupulousness, diligence, analytical thinking
• Proficient computer skills
• Driving license. B
