Job description:

  • Managing the process of  the preparation and execution of a construction project within the scope of interior outfitting
  • Supervising the execution process at every stage of the project on the basis of the design documentation
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers engaged in the project.
  • Oversight over the work quality
  • preparing of the cost estimate and financial settlement of the managed investment


  • Degree in construction
  • Experience in construction projects within the scope of interior outfitting
  • Negotiating skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Diligence, analytical thinking ability
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Category B driving licence
