Key Account Manager/Sales representative


  • client acquisition from B2B sector
  • keeping up business relations with clients – tenants, property managers, developers, real estate agents and architects
  • meeting sales targets, preparing commercial offers, negotiating with clients
  • identifying clients’ needs and consulting them as to full-scale solutions
  • monitoring the market situation


  • appropriate degree or higher business education
  • 3- year successful experience as a B2B sales representative
  • ability to create long-term relationships with clients
  • very good knowledge of the office investment market, ability to navigate the environment of developers, real estate agents and property managers
  • ability to build long-term cooperation with the property owners and tenants
  • knowledge of English, proficient computer skills, B category driving licence
  • the candidate should be dynamic, well-organized, determined as well as goal- and performance-oriented
