We have completed designing the office in a loft character located in the complex at 60 Dzielna Street. 120 m2 area on the ground floor was created after the existing transformer station – electrical switchboard. The premise almost 5 meters high was the last one in the revitalized for several years investment at 60 Dzielna Street. The tenant decided to become an inherent part of the existing style of the building, its history and stick to its loft and original character.
Modern spaces in London or New York presenting loft character have become a source of inspiration while designing this place. All comprises of the combination of history and old elements with a very modern twist.
For INTERBIURO it was quite unusual space as it was different from other standard fit-out projects in office buildings. The design implementation required many additional arrangements, changes in the course of works and continuous contact between involved parties in order to make decisions “in progress”. To complement the project there was created a truly artistic arrangement of the surface-mounted electrical wires. They were mounted by a team designing it first with the use of positioning a laser projector, and then arduously building a network of cables on the walls and ceiling determining right angles and all of the logic required for wiring.
