In the mid-May, according to the timetable we completed for Regus a 700 square meters fit out in the office building at 39a Tomasz Zan Street in Lublin.
The scope of work was related to a complete disassembly of wall structures and all existing building installations. The office building already has its own history, its status had to be adjusted to current fire and health & safety regulations. Interbiuro was the coordinator and main contractor for project design, and therefore throughout the process ongoing design & technical consultation regarding installation with direct tenant were necessary in order to meet the high demands and expectations.
The works mainly consisted in placing new walls (plasterboards and masonry), modernization of the existing air conditioning system, fitting a new VRV installation, electric installation and lighting along with structural network.
The area has been delivered to the Client along with the complete equipment of offices, reception and coffee point.
